It's week 4 of the #250kchallenge! This weeks question is "how do you #mealprep for a successful week"?Right now I am #carbcycling and with 7 different meals a week I can't just mass cook a bunch of 3-4 different things and toss them in a container. So I make sure I cook all my #protien for three days in advance that way in the evenings I can prep everything else for the next days ahead.
