How do you deal with average genetics...

I get asked a lot about what I think the biggest factor is in building a physique. Hands down... it’s persistence. Falling down from time to time, making mistakes, trying a million things that didn’t work... after all of that though, it is a matter of getting back up off the floor and getting back in the fight.
