Here’s another side by side picture to show my progress to date. Hope that it helps others to see that anything is possible if you really make just a few lifestyle changes. I was wearing a size 50 jacket and 48 waist pants before. Now I’m in a 44 jacket and 34 pants. Shoe size stayed the same. ?
