first time trying the 110s

Day 35. Today was a small win for me, it was my first time ever trying the 110s and I got up 6 at the end of my dumbbell sets. It's not a lot but now I can use this number of reps as an example and soon enough do 12 reps and then try the 120s. Always set the bar high, never be satisfied with average. Shout out to @jayrozan10 for filming!? I've been meaning to post more in body space but I've been making a post every day on my Instagram to hold myself accountable for all my actions and see where I'm at by the end of the challenge.
