Learning how to make a good #chiaseedpudding for those late night cravings that can cause you to over eat and gain weight you donât need .. I have purchased some at the store so if this doesnât work Iâll buy again... Basic ingredients ... chia seeds .. ripened ? .. almond coconut ? milk .. vanilla extract or if you have it vanilla beans ... no sweetener needed if the milk has some .. feed the cravings but donât go nuts .. if you can make a healthier substitution (I love banana pudding!) do so ... #250kchallenge #mindset #bodytransformation @optimumnutrition @bodybuildingcom
