Week 3 Challenge - how will I overcome my obstacles- My biggest challenge and why I got to the point where I was before the start of the #250kchallenge, was coming up with excuses to talk myself out of going to the gym and also getting comfortable about snacking during the day on food that was available in the office. My plan this year and for this challenge is to remind myself of my goals, to plan ahead, to be consistent. I find that waking up and getting my workout in, gets it out of the way before I allow my brain to talk myself out of it. PlAnning ahead and prepping my food for the day is how I plan to take control over what I eat. No more snacking and bad eating habits after all...abs are made in the kitchen ??? How will you overcome your obstacles?
