Didnât have much time, but luckily, Jeff Cavaliere has an awesome âSore in 6 Minutesâ series of videos for nearly every body part. Great for overcoming a plateau, shaking up the routine, or just being rushed! Today I did the workout for back: 3 exercises: a pulldown, a pullover, and a rotational lat pull, each done twice with very specific instructions, one minute each. Iâd say the pump speaks for itself!!!
