This is my current off-season post workout replenishment/recovery taken in the locker room right after training. Shaker bottle has water, 1 1/2 scoops of whey protein, BCAAs, creatine, glutamine and waxy maize. Simple sugar is a Hershey bar and a more complex carb is 1/2 a wheat bagel. The bar is my preference as dextrose gives me stomach cramps and Gummy Bears are too rough on my teeth
