What a great way to start a Monday. Great arm workout, with some core work and the stair master for 20 mins. Followed by this amazing breakfast from @flapjacked honestly if heaven had a taste it would be these mighty muffins they make. 20g protein, 21g carbs, 8g fats, 220 cal for the whole container! I highly recommend you guys check them out. Itâs a great meal to start your day!
