Active rest day. Nothing major planned, so Iâll resort to my initial game plan that got me back in the gym, push-ups. Iâll aim for 70 push-ups today. . Tomorrow we return back to the gym for some chest and triceps! Looking forward to it! . I need to get back into the squash courts with my cousin!! A superb sport for some major HIIT training. I find the best exercises are dynamic HIIT style exercises. Sports are a great way to spice up active rest days. . Until tomorrow, be powerful - live deliberately- and make your life matter.
