The challenge question this week is what do you do for cardio. Well I switch it up every couple weeks. I was doing the resistance bike, then the stair master, now treadmill at an incline with a fast pace walk. Next week I am going to be pushing the prowler. Just keeping it interesting and always trying to push my self. #humpday
