30 minutes on elliptical .. couldnt do 5 before..

I will say that this machine was not my friend when I first started .. lasting oh 5 minutes before wanting to jump off .. today I’m doing 30 minutes no problem and starting tomorrow I will put in 45 minutes a day on the elliptical and 30 on treadmill ..
