I am excited for another week of hard work! and working with my amazing clients. One thing I want to instill in my son is the value of self actualization. Our efforts both mentally and physically either will develop our self worth or they will not. I feel self mastery can only be accomplished by reflecting inward, being self critical and then taking appropriate actions to fulfill lagging voids. With that mind set, others accomplishments will be seen as a source of inspiration rather then a reminder of perceived inadequacy. Invest in self development and know what is, and isn't conducive to personal growth. The greatest investment will always be yourself.
