I love playing Golf & feeling the stability all the way through each swing. The power generated comes from lifting weights, lots of ab workouts & running. The results are seen in increased ball flight distance through a higher âsmash factorâ & feeling strong/sharp at the end of the round. All in all...fitness is a positive & brings out happiness when you are able to do things you love!!! Go out there & be great!!!!
