I struggle with breakfast. I have no appetite getting out of bed and can't stand eating the same stuff day after day. BUT two hours later after moving around it's put a lock on the refrigerator LOL. Anyway today after two whole days off from weights and cardio( one unplanned) I switched up today to a low carb feeding. Slice of French Toast, turkey bacon, one hard boiled egg and 1/4 pound of grilled chicken breasts strips. 440 calories, 55 grams protein, 12 carbs and 19 fat. Next meal will be carb heavy.
