So as much as it sucks to do the stair master at the end of every workout, it does have its benefits. It gives me 20 minutes to reflect on my previous day, it gives me 20 minutes to think about my day ahead, it gives me 20 minutes to think about changes I want to make. ⢠So as I was on the stair master this morning I reflected on yesterday. I reflected on how my day started out great. I felt good, felt happy and positive. But as the day went on things started to happen around me, which changed my thoughts towards a more negative mindset. The environment and what was around me set it up and I started manifesting negative thoughts. Now these things around me are things that wonât ever change and I know that, but I still let them bother me. But then I also reflected back to yesterday to think about all of the great things that happened. We will fast forward through the day. 3-3:30pm had a great phone call with a guy I consider my brother. We talked about mindset, changes, moving forward, just a overall positive phone call. Then I get home see my wife and at 4pm little man wakes up from his nap and it was play time for us. So as fast as a negative situation arises you can quickly get back to a positive one. Positive thought = positive actions = positive results!
