I didnât take a pic of me working out but I took it mid workout. As I did my chest press I started thinking. Itâs chest workout day. #wednesdaywisdom is about working on your physical well-being and your mental well-being. Itâs about getting stronger not only in the weights you lift but also in your mind. As I did my #chestworkout today I was reminded of loved ones who ended their lives because they could not see hope. They had nothing more to live for. As a #fitdad and #fitgrandpa I have realized I have lots to live for. As a #fithubby I have lots to live for. As I continue on in my #fitafter55 lifestyle and push myself to seeing progress on a weekly basis I also want to let people know they must learn to #loveothers and #loveyourself Thatâs so important in your life journey. Being into #fitness is valuable. Learning to value yourself is vital.
