Todayâs workout kicked the emotion right off my face. . Today was scheduled as a rest day. Tomorrow was my leg day, but due to life, I wouldnât have gotten it in with my work schedule. Instead I swapped the days to prioritize my workout. . Fitness, nutrition prep, training, isnât a cookie cutter schedule. Itâs not always sexy and isnât always Monday through Friday with weekends off. Sometimes we need to put ourselves in uncomfortable times of day to get it in. . The reward, your body treats your mind like the king or queen and your mind treats your body like a temple. Your mind dictates what your body does, which is why these next 12 weeks are more than a physical transformation, itâs 100% mental. . Todayâs workout was not about muscle, todays workout was about the mental strength required to push through the feelings of throwing up and reminding myself, one rest, one rep, one set at a time. . Now intend to attend today - be powerful, live deliberately, and make your life matter.
