The challenge question this week is what is your why? Why am I doing this. Itâs simple, I have two reasons for doing this. Number one is for me. I want to just be healthy, look good, and feel good. Itâs that simple. My number two is the biggest reason why I am doing this. I am doing this lifestyle for my family. I see how other family members and friends struggle with their health and I donât want to end up like that. I want to make sure I can be the best version of myself for my son and my wife. I want to be able to live a long and healthy life with my wife. Grow old together while being healthy! I want to make sure I am healthy enough to live to see my son grow up and have a family of his own, I want to show my son that hard work achieves whatever you put your mind to. Like my good friend @mifitnesshub says #leadbyexample thatâs what I plan to do.
