12 weeks from now I want to look back and be proud of how far Iâve come, and hope that my journey may inspire others to become the best versions of themselves. Today marks the first day of the #250kchallenge2018 and the beginning of a journey for me to become a healthier, happier, stronger, more confident, and overall better me. I was always the bigger girl in my class growing up and struggled my whole life with yo-yo dieting. Now, Iâve had enough. They say a goal without a plan is just a wish. This time Iâm planning to succeed and to give it my all.
