First photo - End of a 12 week Challenge, had just spent 4 weeks eating no more than 1300 calories a day, I was exhausted and hungry! I put on weight quickly after this! 2nd photo - 4 months later - Crossfit Training + strength training for 6 weeks, eating clean but not controlled. 3rd photo - after 3 days of competing. 4th photo - current state, training regularly with a reasonably relaxed diet.
