When your push yourself to failure because you have increased your weights on each exercise you know that you are achieving goals and perseverance. As I pushed through my workout today I was thinking about where I was in 2009. I have achieved a lot of goals. In #2018 I am working on improving what I have already accomplished. #mondaymotivation and #mondayworkout are what keeps my going. I have not achieved all my #personalgoals nor my #personalgrowth but everyday I am getting closer. When one goes just for a #weightloss when one reaches that goal one tends to relax and quit. Then the pounds pile back on. I played that game. Today is different. 2018 will be a continuation of my #lifestylechange and my #lifestylegoals
