Beginning to realize my mind says yes to a training session after work, but my body reacts in slo mo! 1/2 hr cardio sets, 4 sets bench presses wide grip then tight, 4 sets squats, resistance moving planksâughâ...added leg extensions & leg presses omo. Rest day tomorrow & 7am yoga bootcamp Saturday...on a roll!!
