Not happy with weight gain or body fat BUT Ivâe been a naughty girl and itâs time for the challenge! He timed me at 3min plank, 2.5min wall sit, 30 various push ups, bench press 10@45lbs...5@65lbs...1@85lb...treadmill 1 mile in 17min...worked triceps & shoulders. Hit it tomorrow am and looking forward to his hustle????
