Hobbies: abs, tennis (one handed backhand)

Primary hobbies right now are abs and tennis - my one hand backhand is about 4.5 level. I use extreme eastern grip. Need to improve shoulder/triceps/forearm.. My right arm is slightly bigger than my left b/c I only use one hand, kinda annoying, but even pro players with one handed backhands suffer the same issue
