Getting more toned. consistency is key. Healthy diet & hydration are major. Iâm half way through my 3rd 2 month goal. This focus is on abs diet & glutes. Better see improvement on 2/8/18!! STAY FIT & Donât slip up. !!! Just started back & arms.. Iâll add that as part of my 4th 2 months goal. ???ââï¸??????
