Iâve lost 41.3lbs (218.9â¡ï¸177.6) since May 1, 2017 doing my own workout routine at home and meal planning. My goal isnât a number on the scale (although it helps boost self esteem)... my goal is to feel confident in my own skin. You all are doing great! Keep up the great work!
