I love to #workout and see improvements each week. This evening I did #armworkout and felt focused and determined to push heavy weights. I donât work out just to be in shape. I work out because it helps my mental well being too. It releases stress and helps me cope with everyday life. Years ago I never lifted a dumbbell or did cardio and my body wasnât healthy. Today itâs different. Is it always easy to find time in a crazy schedule. Never! But if you wait for the perfect time or perfect day or perfect whatever you will never go to the gym and work on your physical and mental wellbeing. So many people I talk to say - working out costs to much or that I donât have time in my day. Well you know what? I donât either. But I choose to make the time. If you are feeling stressed my best advice for you is - get off the couch and workout. It may be going for a #walk or #joggin or #liftingweights or whatever you choose. When you get active your mindset will change. Guaranteed. I know. Because I have been on either side of the spectrum.
