ProjectLongHead continues. 12reps each drop sets 15, 12.5, 10lb. Repeat 4x at the end of biceps workout. Main key: contracting first, driving focus outward, hammer curls, with last set forcing a 3 second negative. Finish with 25 reps resistance band hammers #ForBlood . Forcing the contraction of the muscle first preceding the curl has created much more mind muscle connection for me; I feel without that, the moves alone would not work.
