I always train legs on my birthday as a present to myself...today I aimed to destroy them. I haven't been training much the last month or so because of my back and shoulder, but today I felt good. Managed to get up to 90kg on my squats but didn't push more than that as my back felt it a bit...the heaviest I've gone this year since my back problems. Added in a bit of leg press, smith machine paused hack squats to failure and a few other surprises. It felt good, now on to a busy days work.
