I use to workout 2 hours a day 6 days a week. I use to follow a stereotypical bodybuilder diet "bulking season". Today I work out 1-2 times a week. Jog 1-2 times a week. Feel better then ever and focus on foods that come from nature while avoiding foods made by man! Food is medicine - Medicine is food!!!
