Iâve managed to go the gym 4-5x a week. Usually find myself doing 10-20 min of a stationary bike or stair master to get my body warmed up followed by some ab workout... hanging leg raises, cable crunch, seated knee tucks, etc. Besides that Iâve been pretty limited to pressing and pushing exercises
