Groceries are tuna, grill ready chicken, and protein powder, rice, oats, and bread some steamable frozen vegetables and low cal carb and fat sauces. If Iâm craving something else Iâll eat it but itâs not there to binge on and Iâll go ahead and track it and finish the day towards my targets like I normally would. Still calorie cycling also.
