It does not mean they look like a fitness model, it does not mean they have the perfect exercise routine or diet. It does not mean they have it all together. It simply means they are human being showing up for their health and fitness in the best possible way they can. It simply means that they are a human being who has a body that can do all they need it to for their daily tasks and some more. Being fit has never been about the size, it is about being heart healthy in your own body. Have strong lungs, healthy mind and being happy in your own body. Your body, your rules, your health, your feel good. Do not let society **** you. Women and humans are often measured by the size of things like their clothes, their boobs, their thighs, their stomach that really do not classify if you healthy or fitâ¦.lets stop using numbers we are more valuable than numbers. Lets stop using the terms such as real woman for body types or fit women for body types. Every woman that walks this earth is a real woman. Every woman that is healthy and happy is a fit woman. My advice to all those trying to regain their fitnessâ¦find a program and healthy food you can stick to for two weeksâ¦the first week will be discouraging, you will feel bad and overwhelmed, tired and sore. Two weeks in you will notice the new strengths, the better energy and losing weightâ¦it does not matter if nobody else sees it because you are doing this for you!
