Aaaah I lost my eyes. I trained back today as it is one muscle group I can train without shoulder problems. Pull ups, bent over rows all good, then my bloody lower back felt a bit twingy so I didn't go too mad with it. An ok workout but not amazing. I always feel like I'm going to get fat and lose muscle when I can't train properly, but things are not as bad as they are in my head haha. Have a great day everyone ?
