Don't Neglect Stretching Your Legs

Iâll call myself out on this one. I havenât always been on point with my stretching game, but ballet training and running have forced me to keep it up. My recovery times have dramatically improved, not to mention my running strides have improved greatly and my gluteal activation has never been better. Iâll pass on the low back pain, thank you very much!!
