THE CHALLENGES WILL ALWAYS BE THERE. Get used to it. The only mistake you can make is trying to avoid these challenges. Working out is a lot like practicing for tough life circumstances. When you workout you are inviting pressure, exhaustion, difficulty, and pain into your life; knowing that it will only make you better. Next time a life challenge comes your way and you want to run and hide, think of it as a tough workout! Yeah you are going to want to give up because it will be hard and you will be tired, but you just have to focus on the outcome. Whether these life challenges have to do with your career, relationships, personal struggles, etc. Use proper form in your choices so you donât get hurt, fuel yourself properly so you can keep going, and take time to rest so you can finish strong.
