I've been working on both my grip strength and my ability to do hanging leg raises. The pic on the left was from July when I first started and found I could manage some if I braced myself against the bar, and the right pic is yesterday after several sets of raises. I'm feeling a difference in my core, and the pic definitely shows I've made some gains over the last couple months! :)
