Thursday Workout: Two mile run on the treadmill. Asthma bothered me severely. Training. I did Deadlifts, Good Mornings, Dumbbell Curtseys, Seated Leg Press, and Hip Abduction.Food- I have been eating like CRAP!!! Candy, Junk Food, Rum, Vodka, Soda. I can't out train this diet. Need to pull back and start eating healthy!!!
