POW

Arms today to finish off the week, I had such an amazing pump and today for the first time in ages I actually felt like my arms were looking big and decent. I am not 'big' but for me and my current physique I felt big if that makes sense. Glad it is almost the weekend now, the calm before the work storm hits next week and I have photos coming out my ear holes haha.
