February 2014, August 2017, November 2017 (today.) I have 5 months to work on my quads, glute projection, hamstrings, delts, and abs (my five weakest points, IMO)... Five months seems like a long time until you see the small amount of progress I made between August and November & now Iâm just like, well... shoot... clockâs rocking yâall â°?
