Monday is the start of the week and it has always been the unspoken enemy of people who totally enjoyed their weekends. Well, thatâs quite a lot of people. It is a known fact that we really canât get rid of Monday off the days of the week, people need to get up and pretty much drag themselves off the bed and start working the day. Monday mornings are the most dread moment of the week. It is the sign that a new work week has to start and that we must say goodbye to the bliss and comfort of the Saturday and Sunday. Do not let this dreadful moment become something so related with Monday. Remember that Mondays should be welcomed with great enthusiasm, enormous hope and a tank full of energy. I love Mondayâs. Ok you might think I am nuts. Maybe I am. But I have been known to be a bit crazy. Today I started my cardio to reach 90 Minutes on the Bike. In the last two weeks I have lost 4 pounds.
