First photo i was 36 weeks pregnant in Prague. I remember waddling around Prague like a duck. Second Photo about 2-3 weeks after Laine was born. Third photo when Laine was about 6 months in East Tirol, Lienz, Austria. And last Photo today a few weeks ago in Switzerland. I show these photos to know it is real to regain your health after pregnancy. Not regain your body. But regain your health and happiness and fitness. I will never have the same body as before a baby. But I can still have my best health. When I was pregnant I did not exercise past 5 months I could not I had too much hip pain. I spent my whole time looking at amazing pregnant athletes wishing I was them running a marathon, doing handstands and crossfit but I wasn't. But instead of comparing myself I used them as inspiration to know after pregnancy there was nothing stopping me except myself to get my health back and my body strength and skills. Now 4.5 years later not only am I with the best fitness and health of my life but doing much more then I ever did before a child. Bodies are not what stop us, it is all in the mind. Believe you can and you will. I am strong, I am a girl, I have boobs. I have no nanny, I get up at 5am before most people start their day to workout, I am a self taught. I do not have a gym.
