I am creating a path back into martial arts practice after a long absence of running and weightlifting among other activities (mothering, working, yoga). Deciding to change to dojo membership and pay as you go at city gym. What with the dog and the half marathon have not been at the gym very much in months, some but not a lot. The aikido feels different now in my new/current body and feels very good - great to have improved mobility, strength and endurance.
