Had a great show at the East Coast Championships. Took Home 2nd place in masters 40+ in a competitive field where the winner of my class ended up taking home the overall show title. Tough to compete with that! I was happy with what I was able to bring to the stage with my shortest prep yet (10 weeks). Weighed in at 203lbs and just over 5.5% bodyfat, and felt energized and full the whole day. Great camaraderie back stage with all the competitors too. An overall very enjoyable day! Thanks to all those that follow me with their support and encouragement. It’s truly appreciated!!!
