Been going back and forth with this elbow .. I tweaked it about a week or so ago. Really kinda got me. It hurt to turn my wrist a certain way and I had to be cautious with my lifts. Triceps and Chest were very tricky. Last couple days and today it felt pretty darn good. Wouldnât you know I tweaked it again! At least this time I know how I did it.. The Side Tricep !! That pose is what got me hurt or at least what got me this time. Oh well.. no big deal really, just kinda silly. Crushing weights like a beast.. cool.
