Back Day.. arguably one of the hardest days in the lineup. Heavy, brutal.. bent in half most of the time. Feeling light headed, nauseated and exhausted all while knowing you can give more. Always more. Back day is hard. I enjoy it. I love it. Get into it and push the limits.. itâs still hard though... Iâm getting closer and closer to stepping back onstage for the first time in almost a year and my energy is low. Hence the Back Day challenge talk.. I feel it. Iâm starting to cut back on the training volume and increase the cardio slightly. Today I did three exercises with two working sets and went into Cardio. Carbs are getting lower but protein and fat are pretty consistent. I wanna pound milkshakes and train all day.. but you know. I am trying to stay grounded and smart through this prep.
