When a person becomes emotionally stronger life problems seem to be smaller, their self confidence soars and their life becomes a better one. As I did my Fasted Bike Cardio this morning it was more then just a workout of my body but for my mind. I realized everyday how people struggle with life including me at different seasons I have experienced. Itâs a mindset that has to change if there is negativity or some other harmful thought patterns in your life. Itâs like getting up and deciding to workout because you know your body will feel better! Right? One thing I pondered was this. Your belief system!!! That's one of the most powerful factors that can either make you really strong in life or can make you the weakest person on the planet. A single limiting belief such as life in unfair or I am a loser can turn the strongest person alive to the weakest person who ever existed. I use to be that person who thought I donât have anything to offer to someone else or to myself. I battled that for years. I fought the inner battles. The mind games. Just like I fought starting a life of fitness. I had to force myself to change. In the end, mental strength comes down to your habits and whether you have the self-discipline and motivation to keep going. For most people, when they encounter something thatâs a little tougher than theyâre used to, they choose to avoid it and find something easier to tackle. Mentally strong people will keep at it. They'll find a way to forge ahead and stay on track. So letâs make this #flexfriday and #fridaythe13th a positive memorable one. You can lay aside the superstitions and go out and be the best version of you. Donât let the crowds tell you who you are.
