October of last year is when **** really started to hit the proverbial fan for me. I don’t really have a ton to say, only that I never imagined that I’d be where I am today - which is somewhere so, so good, mentally & physically. So for anyone who’s feeling lost or hopeless, & not quite sure what tomorrow will bring: just keep taking it one day at a time. & don’t worry. Better days are coming for you.
