I have never let my age stop me from enjoying life and I think it is important for everyone to exercise. So why not you? I am #fitover50 and if I am do it so can you. Itâs a mindset. Maybe a roadblock in your life that is keeping you believing the lie it wonât work for you. Well look in the mirror and say why not? Garth is getting his workouts in. 6 days a week. You might only get 3 but that is better then none. I rode 60 Minutes of Hard Fasted Cardio. I use to ride ten minutes and die. I thought I would throw up. But every year I am stronger and more focused. So yes you can be fit and in your 50âs but you have to want it. I had to stop making dumb excuses up. Face the facts. Get to the gym. Ok I built my home gym. People said oh ya stuff will just collect dust. That was 8 years ago. I am still expanding my gym as I go. Friends itâs truly a mindset. You either will go and do it or settle with what you are living in.
